UK SRS Finance is an independent reference on sustainability reporting by UK financial institutions: how a bank, insurer, asset manager or pension scheme measures and discloses its climate information, above all its financed emissions.
It is published by Fractional Quest Ltd, and it is not affiliated with any government department, regulator or standard-setter.
What this site is
What the site covers, and for whom
This site covers the financial-institution side of UK sustainability reporting only.
It is written for the person inside a bank, insurer, asset manager or pension scheme who has to produce, check or defend the climate numbers.
That means PCAF and financed emissions, UK SRS and IFRS S1 and S2 as they apply to financial institutions, and the FCA and PRA rules that sit beside them.
The publisher, Fractional Quest Ltd, is a company registered in England and Wales, and its record can be checked at Companies House.

How pages are written
Citation policy: primary sources only
Every figure, date and status on the site traces to its owner: legislation, a regulator’s own publication, or the relevant standard-setter.
Commentary by law firms, consultancies or vendors is never the source for a number.
Where something is proposed rather than made — a consultation paper awaiting a policy statement, a standard published but not yet in force — the page says so.
Each page carries the date it was last checked against its sources, and pages are corrected in place when a source changes.
